TcEVdb is a comprehensive database for exploring extracellular vesicles (EVs) derived from various types of T cells. Our data has been processed using SEVtras, which leverages droplet-based single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to identify EV-containing droplets and and estimate the EV secretion activity (ESAI) of individual cells.

Use our platform to investigate EV expression patterns across different datasets, cell types, and genes. Our intuitive interface allows you to visualize data through UMAP plots, violin plots, and dot plots, providing valuable insights into EV heterogeneity and EV secretion activity.
